Welcome to FaceSup. By accessing or using the FaceSup mobile app, website, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as necessary.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless expressly permitted.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent allowed by law.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading content, you grant FaceSup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated effects and transformations are provided for creative and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or results. You are responsible for how you use and share AI-modified content.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require payment. Prices and features are subject to change. Where applicable, charges are billed at the beginning of the subscription term and renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s instructions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we suspect abuse, fraud, or risk to the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACESUP AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaceSup and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our entity is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
